The method: Pop-Up Lab

Our Pop-Up Labs are work and experimentation sessions where each candidate receives knowledge, guidance, and follow-up, according to their individual profile, experience, and needs.

Participants at our facilities immediately join an active research laboratory, to experiment and learn from real-life cases related to artificial intelligence and related technologies.

Participation in neurona Pop-Up Labs is designed for maximum flexibility, fully compatible with existing professional and academic commitments.

We respect AI learning through courses, workshops, or seminars. Neurona educators are qualified academics and active teachers. Our method allows you to learn through experimentation. This encourages the acquisition of knowledge in record time. You learn on a practical basis, guided by professionals with in-depth knowledge.

Participants will gain the critical insight to distinguish effective AI solutions from ineffective ones, enabling them to confidently lead and manage AI projects.

Intended for:

Mid-level and senior profiles without advanced programming knowledge, who need to acquire real skills across the entire artificial intelligence ecosystem.

Age, sector, or field of work are not important, although at least 5 years of work experience is recommended.

How it works

Users choose the duration of their participation. Sessions can be consecutive or separated in time. Online follow-ups are included.

  1. We begin with an online session with the candidate to analyze their profile, current knowledge, and needs and expectations.

  2. With a defined research plan the person travels to our laboratory in Malaga to begin to acquire the skills together with other researchers.

  3. Depending on each case, online support will be provided during the knowledge transitions.

The process is structured in stages, according to each work plan. These phases are always active; we remain in a state of ongoing research.

Every learning experience is unique, and we teach students to create their own personalized research and learning agenda. We avoid one-way training, which only allows 5% of companies to successfully apply AI in their processes. In this article, we explain why this is the case.
